This homemade costume for girls entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Melissa, the 'Kevin the Snipe' costume creator:
Madison always picks fun ideas so I went with it! She wanted to be the snipe from up. We have three kids so trendy and cheap is a plus!!! This is made from recycled cardboard that I paper-mâchéd with things around the house all the feathers are jeans cut from index cards. :-D the most money I spent was on a couple cans of spray paint!!! this was a lot of fun and she loves it!
