Killer Clown Costume

My 9-year old son, Rylee, is wearing a long sleeve blue-white striped undershirt (found at Goodwill $4), a blue vest (Goodwill $2), blue pants (from his closet $0), and a silver and blue hat (Goodwill $3). To make the costume we hotglued (2) red shower lufahs (Walmart $1 ea.) to the undershirt, glued a flower (Goodwill $2) to the left side of the vest, stuffed the hat with tons of plastic grocery bags so that it would stick straight up, bought green felt material (Dollar Tree $1) and shaped it into a bow tie, bought a scarf (Goodwill $2), which was cut into 2 halves and 1 half was used to tie around the felt and then used to tie around my son's neck to wear the bow tie, and the other half was tied around the hat, bought sheets of colorful sticky paper and rolls of different colored felt (Dollar Tree $1 ea.) and cut the different colored sheets and rolls of felt into different sized circles and placed them all over the hat, bow tie, and vest for polka-dots, bought a sword on the clearance rack for the killer Clown to use (Walmart $8), used fake blood (Walgreens $3) to drizzle over the costume and sword and on his face and hands, and used white face paint, black face paint, black eyeshadow, black eyeliner, white eyeliner, red face paint, and red lip stick (totaling approximately $20 and bought at different locations) in order to paint his face.
