This homemade costume for girls entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Nikki, the 'Killie' costume creator:
My daughter Kylie (Killie) loves scary costumes. She is theone in the pic. I used Elmer's school glue and toilet paper to make the rotting flesh a d paint and makeup to blend it in. She absolutely loves it. We are going to make it an actual character.
