This homemade costume for women entered our 2018 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Sue, the 'Kim Kardashian Paper Magazine' costume creator:
Inspired by Kim Kardashian's Paper magazine cover titled "Break the Internet".
I used tule and coat hangers to make the champagne that was flowing out of the bottle and onto a champagne glass that I attached to the dress. There were deflated soccer balls under the dress to make that bubble booty. :-)
