This homemade costume for babies entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Kseniia, the 'King Carter' costume creator:
Last year was my sons first Halloween 👻 His Grandpa always calls him Mr. King, so I decided that King costume would be perfect for his very special first Halloween. To make this costume, I used royal blue velvet, white fur fabric, foam and craft wire for the crown and lots of jewels. It was fun making it, but even more fun to see him wearing it.
