Thank you for this awesome opportunity to enter your 2019 Halloween costume contest. My name is Wendy & I was born without arms & legs. Growing up I learned how to be comfortable & accepting of my body & who I am. For my costume I used clothing, makeup, ears, & tail to make me stand out & get the effect & reactions from others; all in the name of Halloween fun. Everyone loved my costume & said I looked fun-loving & had a glow about me.
