This homemade costume for girls entered our 2020 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jacquie, the 'Lady in Black' costume creator:
My 3 year old daughter Zae, we watch scary movies for 30 days of Halloween, first she wanted to be a zombie, then came up to me and said “I want to be her” and showed me a picture on her iPad of the lady in black from Insidious. So I went to amazon and bought a black flower girl dress and a black veil.. and it was go from there.. she loved it... we practiced scary face but I included a picture of her smiling.
