This homemade costume for women entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Whitney, the 'Lady Gaga' costume creator:
I am wearing the costume in the picture I decided to go as Lady Gaga this year because she is weird like me lol .. I made the dress out of a skirt from forever21 a bra from Victoria Secret that I put jewels on.. then the sleeves are made from satin and black posterboard! Other materials were bought at other stores! :) Hope you like my costume
