Lady Gaga Poker Face Costume

Lady Gaga costume from the video "Poker Face".

The main clothing was simple leggings and a light polyester top which was cut so one side was shoulder-less. Similar gloves are used.

A masquerade mask was used. Reflective card was glued on to foam board which was then cut into squares/diamonds and glued onto the mask. The armband was made in a similar way. The board was cut into triangles and placed side-by-side to make a single rectangle (but each piece needs to be separate). Strips of velcro are then added to the back to keep the pieces together but also to allow the armband to bend around your arm.

The diamonds on the should are gold and black cardboard which have been cut into diamond shapes before being folded and glued into position. They were added to the blouse with a combination of glue and velcro.
