This homemade costume for pets entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Rachel, the 'Ladybug' costume creator:
Tulip, Chinese Crested Powder Puff, wearing handmade Ladybug Costume. I purchased a yard each of red cotton fabric and Tulle, red pipe and black pom poms. I used about 4 inches of velcro to fasten the bodice on. Total cost $14.00
