Laundry Mat Costume

Abby Spencer- Washer, Maddie Moore- Dryer, Tiffany Weatherly- Dirty Laundry. Maddie and I were thinking about costumes for Halloween this year. We wanted a home-made costume that would be creative and unique for three people. We finally thought of the perfect costume, Washer, Dryer and Laundry Basket. For the washer and the dryer we made them out of cardboard boxes. We used cookie containers for the front and bottle caps for the knobs. We added final touches with marker, aluminum foil, laundry essentials, and love. The Laundry Basket was much easier, I bought a .96 cent basket, cut out the bottom, and added clothing. This costume took us several weeks to complete. We absolutely love the outcome. Everyone is giving us so many positive complements!!
