This homemade costume for women entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Marci, the 'Leg Lamp' costume creator:
I got this idea from The Christmas Story movie. I went to the Salvation Army store for the lamp shade. I even asked if I could try the lampshade on in the store! The cashier laughed, but I explained it was for my Halloween costume.
