Lego Man Costume

My son, age 9, is wearing a homemade Lego Costume. The head is cut from a 10" cardboard concrete tube mold with drilled eye holes and mouth to match up with his face. The top of the head is a piece of PVC pipe. It's all painted yellow with a sample paint from Lowes. The body is cut from a large sheet of insulation foam board and glued together with silicone. One shoulder piece is removable (using straight pins to secure). It is painted red with sample paint from Lowes as well. The hands are PVC pipe cut, sanded, painted, and glued to yellow felt that tucks inside the shirt sleeve. Overall cost including pants and shirt worn under it was approx. $50
