This homemade costume for pets entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Holly, the 'Leopard Dog' costume creator:
I have colored my dog Zoe, a Jack Russell Terrier, for the past 3 Halloweens with hair color. She loves getting colored since she gets lots of treats in the 4-5 hour process. No color touches the skin and is totally harmless. She loved the attention she gets from all the Trick or Treaters!
