This homemade costume for women entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Diane, the 'Light Angel' costume creator:
I am wearing the costume. Initially was going to call myself the "Angel of Light" but I found out that in the bible Satan was referred to as the angel of light so I changed my name to "Light Angel" My husband took the picture for me. He said "Oh No" the lighting is all wrong. I said the lighting is perfect to submit to a online contest. I brought a white maxi dress on Ebay. I purchased a halo that lights up online. I brought the wings on line. I belly dance and the wings are for belly dancing and I used them to complete my Angel costume. I already had the white frame glasses. I got so many compliments when I sent the picture out through email. Everyone said it was beautiful and one person said they thought it was a wax figure and they looked hard and realized it was me. Many folks said it was mysterious and that whatever contest I enter I should win.
