This homemade costume for babies entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Ofa, the 'Lil' Old Lady' costume creator:
My daughter Jolini as a Lil' Old Lady in memory of my Grandma that recently passed away. Dressing my daughter as my grandma gave comfort! It was like she was still with me.. The costume was Super easy! Got her whole outfit from the Thrift Store & her wing from Party City & made her walker out of PVC pipes & Duck tape!
