This homemade costume for babies entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Angelica, the 'Lil' Angel' costume creator:
This is our baby girl's 1st Halloween and of course I had to put her the cutest outfit I could think of, an Angel!!! This is my second attempt at her Angel costume. The 1st one was just a tutu, wings, and a halo and it was a disaster!! The second one came out adorable so I had to enter into a contest!!!
