Lillie Street Gang Costume

Everything was hand made except Brandon's, dad's shirt, he works in the oil field and they tried to get this costume idea together and get a picture before he had to leave for 14 days to work, he will not be home for Halloween! We purchased a trash can and cut out the bottom of it for the dad to stand in and held up with suspenders! The mom, Haley purchased a red shirt from Hobby Lobby and felt to make Elmo's face on her shirt. She used red tulle knotted around a string to wrap around her waist for the tutu, then used a piece of tulle as a headband! Lillie's, the star Cookie Monster costume was a hand me down homemade outfit, made with a sheer like fabric like tulle and gathered around and tied in the back, it had felt to make the face and cookies! The cost to make these costumes were around $25.00!
