This homemade costume for girls entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Clarissa, the 'Lilo and Stitch' costume creator:
My 4 year old loves lilo elvis and of course stitch. We live in cold weather during halloween. We decided to do legging and a leotard for her top. We put a little glitter for the fabric to make it fun.
