This homemade costume for groups entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Lori, the 'Cat in the Hat with Thing One and Thing Two' costume creator:
We wore these costumes to recreate a photo of 2 little girls with the Cat in the Hat stuffed animal. I actually have that photo as my cover photo on my Facebook account. A friend of ours photo shopped out faces in the place of their faces on the photo and it was so cute and funny that we had to dress like the characters. My husband Pacino is the Cat in the Hat, my best friend Debbi is Thing One and I am Thing Two. We always hang out together so we wanted a costume that we could do as a group. EVERYONE loved them!!! People have told us that we had the best costumes at every party we attended, and even on social media.
