Mary Poppins Costume

My daughter, Kaitlyn, dressed up as Mary Poppins for a Fall Festival. She will wear the costume again on Halloween for trick-or-treating. My mother (her grandma) made the handbag and sewed lace on to the shirt. I made the hat by adding a bird (which I painted) and flowers. I also decoupaged the parrot and added it to a black umbrella. Mary is not complete without the parrot umbrella! We would love to see her in a photo contest, because she really does make the best Mary Poppins!
