This homemade costume for babies entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.

Our homemade Mary Poppins and Bert costumes for our 2 yr old twins.
On Mary:
Easter hat dyed black, glued on berries and daisies
Turtle neck with added red bow
Handmade long navy blue skirt
Black tights, black shoes, and mommys purse
On Bert:
OshKosh pinstripe overalls and white shirt
Denim over shirt and red neck scarf (old t-shirt of daddy's cut into a long strip)
Boots
Driver's Cap from Crazy 8
"soot" on face
Dowel and pipe cleaners for his chimney brush
We got so many compliments on this pair and most everything we had on hand.
