This homemade costume for babies entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Trista, the 'Little Chicken' costume creator:
My 17m old Violet waddled around in her costume all night. I took a white hooded sweatshirt and sewed about 6 1/2 white feather boas that I bought at a craft store. I got her some orange leggings off Amazon and some plain shoes that I dyed orange with spray dye. I sewed some left over now pieces to her white socks. The effect of her walking was perfect and she looked adorable. I got the idea from a Facebook video my mom had sent me last year, but I made the costume differently.
