This homemade costume for families entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Percelia, the 'Little Clowns' costume creator:
My daughter Mellyah and I dress alike every year! But this year was different we were on a budget and I made these costumes the day of!! Walmart had the fuzzy balls, stockings, and face paint. 99cent store had the suspenders and bows. And Jo Ann's had the fabric for the tutus. In the end we were so happy and excited about our costumes 👍 awesome mother daughter moment.
