Little Ghosts Costume

My daughters are wearing these fun little ghost costumes. I was browsing Pinterest for some ghost costume ideas (that’s what my girls said they wanted to be) and saw a costume that lit up. My girls decided that they wanted to have purple lights instead of white lights. The costume is made of tulle and ribbon and has LED lights stitched throughout. The costume is essentially a giant tutu that ties around the neck. They are wearing long sleeved white tees and white leggings underneath. My mom made this costume and made the white fleece hat that had a longer piece of tulle attached that was draped over my daughters shoulders and then the tutu was tied around the neck. I added a very lightweight plastic chain that I purchased in the Halloween section of Dollar Tree. Each costume cost roughly $25 to make (this includes the long sleeve shirts we had to buy as we already had the leggings). The girls loved wearing their costumes and received many compliments on them. This is a super easy, no sew costume (except for the hand stitching of the lights throughout the costume).
