This homemade costume for babies entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Emerald, the 'Little Harry Potter' costume creator:
My son loves Harry Potter, and after losing my cousin over the summer it seemed like a great way to honor her memory. She was only 24, and passed away after a freak accident at work. It was impossible find a costume in his size, so we altered this one. His little brother was Hedwig.
