Little Mermaid Cat Costume

This is Mittens the Little Mermaid, this is homemade and easy to make & not to constricting for a pet to wear, that is if you can convince them to wear the wig I made.
The waist & chest area are a sequenced & stretchable, I added metal snaps to fasten together. On the front of the chest I have 2 sea shells I hot glue onto another strap. The tail area is fabric I found at a fabric store that resembled scales & the tail is cut & shaped foam with a shiny fabric over it. As for the hair/wig I used a womans thick strechable headband & sized to cat. I then I bought 2 sets of fake hair from dollar tree, cut them, mixed it & got glued it to a piece of fabric then hot glued it to head band & added the frilly material on top of it.....whole costume costs around $10-12
