This homemade costume for babies entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Whitney, the 'Little Old Ladies' costume creator:
This is my 4 month old twin girls. The idea came from Pinterest. I had the clothes already just had to make the "hair". Cotton balls hot glued to hats and pearls glued to glasses.
