This homemade costume for babies entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Stephanie, the 'Little Old Lady' costume creator:
This is my 4 year old daughter Zoey! She had all of these clothes already and just needed a wig and a walker! My dad made the awesome walker from PVC pipe and spray paint! We borrowed some old knee high hose from my mom! She rocked the old lady!!
