This homemade costume for babies entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Kristi, the 'Little Old Lady' costume creator:
My daughter Ellie May is dressed as an elderly lady. I work at a nursing home and when I came across a picture on pinterest I knew it was fitting. We gathered pieces of the costume here and there for about a month. Overall cost was about $20.
