This homemade costume for babies entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Tanaiya, the 'Little Old Lady' costume creator:
My daughter Kenadee is wearing the costume. I got the idea from friends at work (I work at a rehab hospital). There was an event at work for the patients. To make them smile, I wanted to dress her like a patient. Her walker was made out of PVC pipe, her wig was a headband with cotton balls. She wore a long pearl necklace, floral dress, strap shoes and cardigan.
