Little Old Lady Costume

I’ve wanted to do this costume for the last 10 years but I had to wait to have kids. Last year she was too little do the little to stand up so this is her second Halloween and it’s the perfect age. Bought the pvc piping at Home Depot glued the pieces together and spray painted it. The tennis balls where from the goodwill outlet. The wig is made of “loopy loop” yarn from Joann’s. The yarn is sewn into an old beanie. The rest of the costume is just misc stuff we had around the house.
