This homemade costume for babies entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Moriah, the 'Little Old Lady' costume creator:
I wanted a Halloween costume that would accent my 6 month old's amazing and crazy hair. I saw pictures of babies dressed as old ladies using cotton balls to make a wig and thought I could put together a similar costume, but no wig would be needed, just some talc-free baby powder!
