This homemade costume for babies entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Lisa, the 'Little Oldies' costume creator:
My son and his best friend just turned a year old! They aren't officially walking yet so I came up with the idea of them to be an old couple! 'Y husband made the walkers out of pvc pipe and the rest is history!!!
