This homemade costume for babies entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Taylor, the 'Little Owl' costume creator:
Our daughter is 3 months old and her favorite toy since birth has been a cute little owl (pictured below). Also, her favorite thing to do is "fly" in the air with her daddy, who happens to be a pilot. This was the inspiration for her "Happy OWL-oween" costume.
