This homemade costume for boys entered our 2018 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Tina, the 'Little Pirate' costume creator:
My youngest grand as a "fierce" Pirate. The sashes are of red satin from a bed sheet. The vest is faux leather with trim. The pattern for the vest is a basic boys vest tweeked for the occasion. The shirt and pants were also from bed linens purchased at a second hand shop. The treasure chest is made from a beverage box covered with some painted craft foam.
