This homemade costume for women entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.

I didn’t know what I wanted to do this year but threw this together last minute. Barrowed the cape and made the ear, wore a white top black pants and tall boots. The hair and make-up took me about an hour. It was well worth it! Got so many compliments and surprised looks!
