This homemade costume for babies entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.

My 10 month old was Little Red Riding Hood, we just got her costume online at Amazon but for the Big Bad Wolf we used my Mom's nightgown, I bought a bonnet online, and then I took a shower cap and hot glued cotton balls for the hair. Then I bought the old lady glasses from Party City. I borrowed a basket from a friend and put the cotton balls package in them and I had a plastic tablecloth that I cut and placed over to make it look nice.
