This homemade costume for girls entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Celese, the 'Little Wicked Witch' costume creator:
My daughter loves Disney's Descendants, so we wanted to create a new character that could be apart of the cast. The makeup was created by using water based paint for the base abd various beauty products. The jacket and accessories were bought at Kohls and Michael's craft store.
