This homemade costume for boys entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Starr, the 'Little Engineer and Thomas the Train' costume creator:
This is my son Xander when he was 4. My husband Brian made him a custom Thomas the Train out of wood on top of the kids' wagon. It was quite a hit around the neighborhood, and was great for carrying the kids' loot (and a few adult beverages!). As you can see, Thomas also accompanied us to the St. Patrick's Day Parade a few months later.
