This homemade costume for babies entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jessica, the 'Little Hoot' costume creator:
My daughter Lizzy when she was 5 months old. The idea for the Owl costume was from Pinterest. The hat was purchase but I made the body. I cut out the many feathers from felt. Then I hot glued them together. The wings just tied on like a cape. And I hot glued chest and tail feathers to a onsie.
