This homemade costume for girls entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Lisa, the 'Little Insane Clown' costume creator:
Savannah decided she wanted to be an insane clown for Halloween this year. She chose this costume because she wanted to scare her best friends mom, because she is terrified of clowns.
We Put a bald cap on her, painted it white, and then glued a red wig on, drew the clowns face features and painted it.
