This homemade costume for girls entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Rhonda, the 'Little Miss Peacock' costume creator:
My daughter, Amani, is wearing a costume handmade by me. The costume was converted from last years costume (Baterina). Supplies include a tank top leotard, real peacock feathers, tulle, a feather boa, cardboard, ribbon, a blank black mask, glitter, felt, and LOTS of hot glue.
