Chichi is a 10 yr old chihuahua. He is in the lobster costume. Billy Ray is an 8 u
yr old Chinese Crested, he is the chef. they are on a wagon made to look like a parade float. chI chi is in a large pot tht has pillows inside so he is comfy. the fake food came from dollar tree. Billy Ray's hat is made from coffee filters and felt.
