This homemade costume for pets entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Karen, the 'Loofah' costume creator:
Lou Pine is a five year old mutt. He is dressed as a "giant" bath poof! He wants to "Keep it Clean for Halloween."
This costume was made out of $5.00 worth of bath poofs bought at a dollar store. They were taken apart and were made in rosettes that were sewn by hand to a scrap tee shirt.
He is able to run, jump and "tinkle" in the costume - we didn't want it to slow him down or make him uncomfortable.
