This homemade costume for pets entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Sandra, the 'Loofah Pet' costume creator:
This is my rescue dog Jack dressed as a loofah pet. I got the idea while browsing various sites. I made the costume by gathering bunches of the blue tulle and safety pinning it to one of Jacks old shirts. Then I just attached the rope and the duck for a little extra.
