This homemade costume for girls entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Brittany, the 'Lucy and Ethel' costume creator:
I dressed my 3 year old twin girls as Lucy and Ethel! I found each individual piece myself to create this look. I used Bobby pins to make their hair look like Lucy and Ethel (my girls have longer hair so I had to pin up Ethels hair quite a bit to make it appear short. I also made the Lucy Apron. They carried around Handbags for their candy bag! It was a blast!
