This homemade costume for babies entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Katie, the 'Mad Hatter' costume creator:
My son, Easton is wearing the costume. He is 18 months old. I used a jacket and pants that were altered. The hat was made with felt and fabric that were sewn together.
