This homemade costume for women entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Sheridan, the 'Mad Hatter' costume creator:
I ended up making my hat myself the day before in about 2 hours with cardboard and ribbon and it was perfect. I found all the clothing at a resale shop too! The eyes really tied the costume together it was pretty awesome.
