This store bought costume for girls entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Staci, the 'Mad Hatter' costume creator:
Scout picked it out at a costume store. Had to have her hair in curlers all day. Hair was huge, wild, curled, and colored teal, purple, & blue. Fun night!
